It's a short e-book. I finished this in one sitting. I was definitely entertained and some parts of this e-book were actually kind of scary when you think about some of the things postulated in a real world sense. Overall this was a fun read. I'd love to see it get a printing and some illustrations and graphics. It would be a great coffee table book or something to put in the guest bedroom and/or guest bathroom alongside Poor Richard's Almanac.Product details

I found it well written and an interesting read!
At first, I thought it was factual. Then, the more I read, I said (to myself) "no way...".
Then when I really think about it and look at the behaviors exhibited by the current (obama) administration I say "could be"!
It will make you chuckle and scratch your head...at the same time!
First, the title if this review is misleading, PCly. It should be corrected to "Best Ever Factual Account of Backstage Obama Presidential Residence".
The quality and extent of the research that has produced this historical account, will certainly earn the authors, Jamie Weinstein and Will Rhan Pulitzers' and a Nobel prize for literature. This may be the beginning of a new age of enlightenment. Thanks you all for this contribution to all humanity.
Laugh out-loud funny at times, but cleverly satirical throughout. Includes serious current events and
recent history (the author must be familiar with The Looming Tower). The perfect book, I read it in 2 hours.
Left-leaning folks probably won't appreciate this, but the center-right will definitely guffaw frequently.
It was OK for a quick look into the goings on in Washington D.C. It didn't really pull me in, and there wasn't a lot a meat on the bones of this book. It was what I would call light, casual reading, from which I did not benefit a great deal. At the end you find yourself asking, "What did it say?" I like the short articles written by Jamie Weinstein, so I thought it might have had more of an edge to it. Oh well. There are other books to read.
A fantasy journalistic autopsy/account of the Obama's and their inexplicable strangeness, as leaders of the United States of America. Take all the characters who have influenced Obama, and who surround him today, including Valerie Jarrett, Rahm Emanuel, David Axelrod -- and find out why they say and act the way they do! Journalists understand cadence of story -- and Jamie Weinstein provides a fast paced tale that is easy to read and full of humor. Since we all have come to know these characters, love them or hate them, I found it easy to visualize the scenes as a play, and laughed all the way through it! I got it on . Short read.
Imagine if P.J. O'Rourke and Fox Mulder decided to split a bottle of cognac and you'll have a good inkling as to the workings of "The Lizard King."
"The Lizard King" takes every conspiracy theory about the President and twists them into a great piece of political satire. It's a short book and I read it in one sitting on a plane flight but it's well worth the time and money. I especially loved the appearance of Mr. Cliche, Tom Friedman, and the spoof of his pedantic and oh-so-obvious "wisdom."
If you take Alex Jones seriously then you'll be highly offended by this book, but chances are you're too busy searching the grassy knoll for that cigar stub or building a scale replica of WTC 7 to have the time to read. Your loss!
Disclosure I did attend college with Mr. Weinstein, so obviously this is my attempt to further a conspiracy instead of a forthright review. And for additional disclosure, I do know where the other Lizard King, Mr. James Douglas Morrison, is hiding out. You do realize he faked his own death, don't you?
This electronic book is very short. The author who is anonymous was only with the President daily about 9 months. The stuff wriiten about has just enough reason to wonder a little bit of how true it is. I think that the public is finding out how someone so unknown like Valerie Jarrett is the Puppet Master of this President. I did see on the news a while back that a journalist tried to ask her "why an unelected official like her gets Secret Service protection?" It kind reads like like a spy novel.
